About Dr. Boulware

Thrive in Wellness was founded on my dedication to guiding individuals through some of the most challenging and transformative moments in their lives. With over a decade of experience, I've seen firsthand the impact that the right support has on transformative change. I know what it's like to face life's challenges head-on. It's what fuels my commitment to helping others navigate the complexities that life has to offer.

My formal training includes an APA accredited doctoral degree in clinical-community psychology from the University of LaVerne. I completed a nationally accredited doctoral internship with Centerstone Consortium and a Health Service Psychology/ Bereavement postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor Scott & White Health. I specialize in stress management, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, and the intersection between physical health and mental well-being.

In my practice, I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness tailored to my client's needs. Every person's story is unique, and that's why I approach therapy as a partnership. I am committed to cultivating a space that encourages clients to process their emotions, recognize their strengths and resilience, and develop strategies to navigate their unique journeys more effectively.
