I'm a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience working with high-functioning adults navigating chronic stress, burnout, and trauma. My work focuses on helping clients understand what's driving their patterns, build boundaries that protect their energy, and make decisions that move them forward rather than keep them stuck.
My approach is informed by an understanding that identity, culture, and lived experience shape how stress and trauma show up. I don't assume your experience based on demographics. We work with what's true for you.
What makes my work different is that I’m direct and grounded. We identify what needs to shift and do the work without spending months talking in circles. The approach is trauma-informed and paced to support nervous system regulation, while remaining practical and action-oriented.
