About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is also credentialed as a health service psychologist. Through telehealth, I provide short-term and long-term, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals with a wide range of interpersonal difficulties and disorders. Before starting my private practice, I worked in various healthcare settings including hospitals, hospice, and long-term care facilities. I also have specialized training in health psychology, grief and loss, and multicultural issues.

Having worked with a diverse adult population, I understand that people are dynamic and multi-faceted so interventions should be as equally diverse. I promote a warm, accepting environment where clients "feel safe" to share their personal thoughts and feelings. I am dedicated to working collaboratively and building upon the client's strengths to encourage growth and change, increase positive coping strategies, and promote self-efficacy and resilience.
