Before your first therapy session, you will be provided with new client forms. Completing these forms ensures that Dr. Boulware can tailor her approach to meet your unique needs.

Attend Your First Online Session
During this session, you'll have the chance to establish a connection , discuss your current challenges, and set initial goals for your therapy journey. This session marks the beginning of your collaborative work towards personal growth and well-being.
